Here to pray for obesity

This week I am choosing obesity as it is a worldwide issue that affects many lives. While researching this issue I came across the following startling statistics that I would like to share:

• Approximately 17% (or 12.7 million) of children and adolescents aged 2—19 years are obese. CDC
• More than one-third (34.9% or 78.6 million) of U.S. adults are obese. [Read abstract Journal of American Medicine (JAMA)]

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
