Hello Everyone,
This week I watched The Steve Harvey show and the subject of the show was gun violence in Chicago. I was very moved by the stories I heard from families who lost their loved ones. I now recognize the need for prayer across the United States for gun violence, mainly in the intercity where most of this violence is affecting the lives of our youth.
Romans 12:19
Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
Psalm 140:4
Guard me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from violent men, who have planned to trip up my feet
